Dr. Mario Rotella is a Fellow of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada (F.R.C.D.(C)), certified specialist in Prosthodontics.

As such, he specializes in dental implants, esthetics and reconstructive dentistry, with emphasis on crowns, bridges and dentures.

Dr. Rotella has presented his work in several dental meetings and he has, also, published several articles in peer-reviewed journals, such as the Journal of Prosthetic Dentistry.

Dr. Rotella stays current through continuing education courses, lectures and peer-reviewed articles. In this way, patients always receive the best care, in a scientific and evidence-based philosophy.

Dr. Rotella is a member of the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario, Ontario Dental Association, the Association of Prosthodontists of Ontario, and the American College of Prosthodontists.

He is also a Fellow of the Royal College of Dentist of Canada (FRCD (C)), where he also serves as examiner for the Prosthodontic national specialty board.

 

Dr. Rotella received his Doctor in Dental Surgery (DDS) from the University of Siena (Italy), where he graduated with summa cum laude.

After, he completed a 2-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry program at the prestigious Eastman Institute for Oral Health, in Rochester, NY. At the same institution, he completed a 3-year Prosthodontic program and a 1-year Implant surgical fellowship, during which he also served as clinical instructor.

While in the US, dr. Rotella has received several awards from AIOP (Italian Association of Prosthodontists), AAFP (American Academy of Fixed Prosthodontics), APS (American Prosthodontic Society) and from the Eastman Institute for Oral Health.
